Great Big Green Week at Parke

Parke will be joining the nation to celebrate Great Big Green Week 2025 - come and learn more about climate action in the community.

As members of the Bovey Tracey community, and alongside other places across the country, Parke will be coming together for the UK's biggest celebration of community climate action.

We have activities through the week on the estate including the Pledge Tree - make your promise to nature, and a chance to learn about sustainable gardening practices in the walled garden.

Thursday 12 June Skills sharing - garden hand tools. Drop in to the Walled Garden at Parke and join us for some simple sharpening and oiling of garden tools.
Saturday 14 June find us at Bovey Great Big Green Day.
Sunday 15 June help out at the Community Volunteering Day.
Can you spare a few hours to help with a conservation task to help to look after the wildflower meadows and increase biodiversity?
