Moreover, drumming promotes the production of endorphins, the body's own Morph*ne-like painkillers, and can help control pain and those suffering grief. Drumming and rhythm are powerful tools as they permeate the entire brain. The sound of drumming generates neuronal connections in all parts of the brain. So come and share the healing power and the communal spirit that drumming brings.
