Beginner Indoor Cycling Classes

Look what’s happening!!

🚴‍♀️ Big news! I’m now running two beginner indoor cycling classes at Broadmeadow, starting next week!
🗓 Mondays at 11:45am
🗓 Wednesdays at 12:15pm

These sessions are perfect if you’re new to cycling or just want a friendly, no-pressure environment to move your body and build confidence.

Not so long ago, I never thought I’d be the kind of person to even go to a cycling class—let alone lead one! But here I am, and I’d love to help others feel the same sense of surprise and achievement.
