Kim's Asian Cookery Class

The first class will be on 7th October, 6:30–9:30 PM.
7th October is Chuseok in Korea, which is Korean Thanksgiving Day — the second biggest family holiday after Lunar New Year. It falls on the 15th day of the 8th month in the lunar calendar, on the full moon. Families gather to enjoy fellowship and food after the major harvest.

For this celebration, we traditionally cook Bulgogi (sliced marinated beef), Jeon (savory pan-fried pancakes), and a variety of assorted vegetables.

So, come and explore Korean holiday cuisine, learn about the culture, and enjoy dining on this festive day!
