Home School sessions for ages 5-11 *booking essential*

A session for home schooled children aged 5-11 at Saltd cafe (upstairs) every term time Tuesday morning at 10.15am for 45 minutes.

These are bookable sessions- running as a weekly pay as you go. If we get fully booked please add your name to the waiting list (via booking link).

Care givers are welcome to stay and watch the session, however if you would rather head downstairs to grab a coffee (or take younger siblings downstairs to enjoy the play corner) you are most welcome to.

At MiniMe Mindfulness we teach positive mindset, mindfulness and mental health techniques in a fun and innovative way. Using meditation, stories, games, props and music we will teach your mini-me a super power each week that in turn is going to help with confidence, self belief, focus, resilience, self awareness, kindness, emotional regulation, reducing anxiety, amongst other skills and coping strategies.
