Cliff Bromfield from Tai Chi Cliff IOW will once again be leading a pop up Tai Chi class at Binstead Community Centre on Tuesday 2nd September from 4.30pm to 5.15pm. This is a great opportunity to try a taster session. This is suitable for beginners and also for those who may need to exercise seated
