Please join me for an evening of setting intentions, connecting to our higher selves, drawing down light and anchoring into the earths organic grid.
We will start with a guided meditation surrounding ourselves with our own source light, filling our whole being with love, connecting to our heart centre, releasing and letting go of any negative energy and anything that does not serve us or for our highest good. Releasing down our grounding chord back into the earth with love and gratitude.
We will then focus on our biofields/aura and fill in any holes or grey areas that we can see or feel and smooth out any jagged edges around our biofields, to support and protect us.
Once complete we will enter into some gentle breathing exercises setting intentions for this session.
This session will be focused on:
• Who am I?
• What am I here to do?
• What is my path?
• What is it I need to remember?
You will then settle down into your space and get comfortable in your cocoon, where I will then take you on your journey bringing in vocals through singing, light language and codes with accompaniment of the crystal singing bowls. You will as individuals receive what is meant for you at this time.
We will finish the session with a few minutes in silence before I gently bring you back to the present.
It may be a good idea to bring along a journal or paper and pen to write down what messages came through for you and what you were shown.
You are welcome to share your experiences with the group or just sit quietly reflecting on your journey whilst enjoying a herbal tea.
Please bring along yoga mats, blankets, pillows, eye mask or whatever you feel you need to make your space your own.
