Come crop with us at the Apps Ridge Camp and Training Centre in Brantford (CEF Ontario). Our primary purpose is to have fun and raise funds for needy families or individuals.
Apps Ridge is a Christian facility in Brantford that offers a large hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable, relaxing area with couches, and several dorm rooms to accommodate our overnight stays.
Prices are as follows:
NOTE: Registration is currently only open to full-time weekend croppers for the 3-night duration. Any part-time (staying days or partial days only) croppers will be added to a waiting list until about a month prior to the event. If there is space, we will let you know.
2 in a room $325 per person
Single rooms are minimal and sold out. All rooms must be shared with a roommate so that we can accommodate as many weekend croppers as possible.
Weekend fun times are as follows:
Thursday, October 16th - Begins at 2:00 pm through
Sunday, October 19th - Ends at 2:00 pm
THREE NIGHTS - FOUR DAYS!!!!
REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
Accommodations
6 or 8 ft. table for creating your masterpieces.
Games, prizes, and some surprises.
A Potluck Dinner will be organized among all of us.
Snacks and coffee are provided throughout the day.
Wifi connection available.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerators right next to the crop area. Please bring your own breakfasts and lunches. Restaurants are within about a 10-minute drive. The facility provides a filtered water cooler. There are only two stoves. We recommend using a crock pot for potluck contributions to avoid a backlog of stove usage.
DORM ROOMS: Each dorm room has two single-sized bunk beds (four beds altogether) and an adjoining bathroom with the next room. A shower is available in all bathrooms. You are responsible for your own bedding and toiletries. Each room has its own thermostat. Air conditioner/heater. It will be your responsibility to find a roommate. We will not have more than 4 people sharing a bathroom.

Personal toiletries (toilet paper is provided)
CROP PRICES: $325 (based on double occupancy.
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $75 will be required to hold your table and reserve your room for the weekend. Balance will be due about a month before the event. If you need to cancel, I recommend finding someone who can take your place.
