On Saturday 28 February, The Rogue Fox hosts the second evening of Newport’s newest pop-up dining experience, celebrating authentic flavours from around the world. Each dish is inspired by traditional recipes and the diverse cultures that make up our Newport community.
We’re delighted to announce that this instalment of Rustica at The Rogue Fox will showcase an incredible Gambian Jollof Rice. This vibrant, flavour-packed dish brings a truly authentic taste of West Africa, shining a light on one of the continent’s rich and beautiful culinary traditions.
The evening includes a three-course meal, accompanied by the sounds of Gambia and West Africa to set the perfect atmosphere.
