RUNNewport Skills & Drills Session

You are invited to our running drills session on a Thursday evening. For this session we will be meeting on the corner of Alicia Crescent and East Dock Rd, opposite the entrance to the Blaina Wharf pub. The sessions are suitable for all running abilities and are free of charge. All runners take part at their own risk.

If you are planning on attending the session, please indicate this by clicking on "Going". This will help us monitor numbers and plan sessions accordingly.
