Restorative Yoga with Reiki

Restorative Yoga brings us back to our natural rythyms, calms the mind, encourages releasing of tension, anxiety and expectations. I combine supported poses with bolsters, straps and blocks, all outdoors in nature.
$25 plus HST ($28.25)
