You're invited to another MEET & GREET & POTA event, hosted by the White River Radio & Communications Group and the HAPPY HAMS Net! Whether you're into Amateur Radio, Citizens Band, GMRS, or any other form of radio communication, you're welcome to join us.
The event will be held at **Jacksonport State Park in Jacksonport, AR, on Saturday, October 18, 2024, from 10 AM to 3 PM**. We’ll have radios set up to activate the park for Parks on the Air (POTA) using our group callsign, W2RRC. Fox Hunt scheduled for 1:00pm. It’s also Support Your Parks Weekend, so come out and enjoy Arkansas State Parks, support POTA, and “play radio.”
This is a bring-your-own-snack event, but we’ll provide hotdogs, chili, fixins and bottled water. We hope to see you there for a fun day of radio and good times!
