Explore breathwork, deep stretches, and profound relaxation for a full 2 hours in this Yin Yoga class. This practice is designed to gently guide you into the deeper layers of your body, targeting connective tissues such as fascia, ligaments, and joints that are often overlooked in more dynamic styles of yoga. Through long-held, passive poses, you'll release tension in the muscles and create space for greater flexibility and mobility.
As you settle into each pose, the practice encourages a shift from "doing" to "being," activating the parasympathetic nervous system—the body's rest-and-digest mode—allowing for deep relaxation and restoration.

Yin is a very slow, Grounding practice. All postures are on the floor supported by blocks (I provide the blocks)
You hold the postures 3-5 mins, and we focus on releasing tension, relaxing and breath.
Yin is suitable for all body types but please get in touch to discuss injuries or health concerns before booking. Class size is limited to 11.
