Kara Grainger Live at Strings Bar & Venue

We are excited to welcome Kara Grainger to Strings on Thursday 30 October.
An Australian native who moved to the USA, opening for the likes of Peter Frampton, and Buddy Guy, Kara Grainger’s unique story certainly explains her unique sound. Her slide-guitar mastery, impeccable songwriting, and sultry vocals invariably evokes comparisons to artists like Bonnie Raitt.
Like Raitt, her voice oozes emotion, and her guitar skills can at times whip up a storm, or reveal a feminine sensitivity. Her deeply personal songwriting is filled with soulful melodies and heartfelt storytelling.
