Whilst you will be nibbling and tasting wild plants throughout the walk, please make sure that you bring your own food and water to keep you satisfied.
Alternatively, The Garlic Farm Restaurant is open 9am-5pm daily and also has a well stocked farm shop.
Be sure to bring suitable clothing to deal with the British weather (sturdy waterproof shoes and a raincoat) along with a bottle of water and a notebook/ phone for taking notes
