Charcuterie Class

Discover the art of pairing cheeses, meats, fruits, vegetables, and gourmet accompaniments. Learn easy techniques for crafting salami roses, slicing fruits, veggies, and cheeses with style, and elevating your board with fresh herbs and edible accents for a stunning presentation that will surely impress your guests at your next gathering.

This class will be led by local business, Michelle & Laura's Charcuterie Creations.

Registration includes expert instruction, all the goodies for your charcuterie board* and one beverage from the bar.

*Board not included - guests will arrange on a board, however they will take their charcuterie home in a box.
