911 Ride For The Warriors
This year's event will be Sept 6th. at the VFW on Hibbs Road Newport. Paws, 4Told, and the VFW will host a parade to honor our military and first responders. Parade includes motorcycles, classic cars, jeeps, local business', and first responders. Parade starts at the VFW travels through Newport, Morehead City, Atlantic Beach, Emerald Isle, Cape Carteret, down Hwy 24 and back to the VFW. Event raises money for veteran charities and works to raise awareness of the sacrifice of our first responders and active duty military. The Carteret County Sherriff's dept. along with local police depts. escort to ride and block off traffic. Afterwards we return for a great meal, a silent auction, and guest speakers.
Event is open to all, kids under 12 are free.
Registration starts at 9:30, event starts at 11:00.
Event tickets are $20.
