Join our HCAT team as we participate in the 2025 Walk to End Alzheimer's on the Peninsula!

IMPORTANT INFO: Strollers are welcome! All members of the team must be registered separately, including kids, due to liability and waiver reasons, so please list everyone individually. There is NO REQUIREMENT to raise funds or donate; however, it is encouraged.
