We’re excited to feature our next guest speaker, Maria Hollandsworth, President and COO of El Pollo Loco. Based in Orange County, El Pollo Loco is one of the largest restaurant chains in the region, with over 500 locations across multiple states.

After immigrating from the Philippines, she worked her way up from a fry cook to become the leader of a national brand.
