Preliminary Hearing (all welcome - please attend)

This should almost certainly finally be the pre-trial hearing.

We will get there in the morning and go to the same courtroom as usual, then they will assign us a new courtroom for the hearing.

We will all move over to the new courtroom, and, as I understand it, with a different judge.

Once we get a courtroom, which could take a couple of hours, then the hearing itself will last 4 (ish) hours.

Remember, they close 90 minutes (ish) for lunch, so we will be there until mid-to late afternoon.
