Speaker Bio:

Dr. Jaime G. Raygoza is the founder and CEO of Rainbow Career Coaching, where he empowers LGBTQ+ professionals and allies to thrive in their careers while embracing their authentic selves. With a PsyD in Human and Organizational Psychology and over a decade of experience in mental health and career coaching, Dr. Raygoza is a trailblazer in stress management, burnout recovery, and career development.
