Cacao Ceremony & Sound Bath

Timed with the Autumn Equinox, this gathering honors the seasonal shift when day and night stand in perfect balance, a fleeting moment of equal light and dark. It’s an invitation to pause, reflect, and restore harmony within yourself before the pace of fall begins.

We’ll open with ceremonial cacao, a sacred heart-opening plant medicine cherished for thousands of years by the Mayan and Aztec cultures. Known as the “Food of the Gods,” cacao is rich in magnesium, iron, and mood-lifting theobromine, a gentle stimulant that boosts circulation, awakens creativity, and promotes a blissful sense of connection. Modern research also celebrates cacao for its ability to lower cortisol, calm the nervous system, and enhance emotional clarity.

From there, you’ll be guided into an immersive sound healing journey, infused with Reiki energy and designed to regulate your system, relax your body, and gently return you to center.
