John Higgins BJJ Seminar

Transition from Wrestling to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu! This seminar features BJJ moves that come natural to a wrestler.

Wear your favorite no-gi shorts and shirt.
Cost is $25 at the door.

Taught by John Higgins, five-time IBJJF Jiu-Jitsu World Champion (Master 5 Division), two-time GHSA Wrestling State Finalist, and NAIA College Wrestling National Qualifier.

All proceeds go to ECH and Newnan High wrestling clubs!

You do not have to have experience in wrestling to participate in this seminar.
