Solstice Salutations

✨ Summer Solstice Event ✨
On Saturday 21st June, I will be holding an event to mark the Summer Solstice.
🌞 learn about the significance of performing 108 sun salutations
🌞 be guided through 108 rounds of Surya Namaskar
🌞 enjoy refreshments and reflect on the practice

• Things to note
~ To book, please message me
~ Full payment needed to secure your space
~ Spaces will initially be limited to 6 people, however if weather is looking good I will open it up to more as we can hopefully practice outdoors!
~ There is no pressure to complete all 108 rounds, you can rest whenever necessary
~ This is open to all who are experienced in practicing Yoga and can comfortably perform multiple sun salutations.
~ This practice is as much a meditative practice as a physical one. There is a LOT of repetition; 60-90 minutes of repeating the same sequence of 12 poses.
