Cheer on hometown hockey hero Connor McDavid – Captain of the Edmonton Oilers at the Town of Newmarket’s Cup Final viewing parties!
Bring a lawn chair and join hockey fans at community viewing parties, hosted by the Town for each of the Cup Final games between the Edmonton Oilers and the Florida Panthers. Admission is free. Food and beverage will be available for purchase on site.
During the Cup Final, Newmarket’s Riverwalk Commons will proudly be referred to as Connor McDavid Square to show support for the Newmarket local.
A free towel (orange or blue) will be handed out to those who bring a non-perishable food item for the Newmarket Food Pantry.

When heading to downtown Newmarket, consider leaving the car at home and taking public transit, carpooling, walking or cycling instead. Parking is also available at the Municipal Offices (395 Mulock Drive), which is a short walk to downtown on the Tom Taylor Trail.
Please note that the Mercedes-Benz Newmarket Water Feature will close at 3 p.m. when events take place.
