Each participant will learn the process of inoculating mushroom logs. Participants will inoculate two logs to take home. This is always a popular event, so please register early! The class is limited to only ten participants. The registration fee for this class is $10.00 per person. To register, please call the Avery County Cooperative Extension Center at 828-733-8270.
