Which is
Meditation and contemplation -
A mindful practice incorporated into Yoga 🧘♀️
Yoga means wholesomeness.
Yoga incorporates practices that develop its main goal.
Gathering us back to the centre of who we truly are without conditions beliefs and narratives.
In Yoga, Dyhana is used to develop or sharpen self awareness with compassion and observation.
As opposed to the patterns of trying, forcing for or against, holding on to and identifying with thoughts feelings and sensations.
A little bit about your teacher:
All knowledge is experiential and
Heart based
With various foundations
One branch stemming from Sufism
Which brings us into direct connection
With God/Source/The heart centre.
