Newhaven community yoga

Join our Saturday morning community riverside yoga class in the gorgeous BN9 studio at Marine Workshops, Newhaven.

This yoga is beginner-friendly so we can all breathe, move and unwind together.

- Saturday 8.00-9.00am
- Everyone is welcome with yoga suitable for all levels.⁠
- BYO mats (although I will have a ltd supply for those that don't have one)⁠
- No booking is required, although please accept the invite, comment or DM if you know you're coming so I have an idea of the numbers⁠

- Yummy coffee and snacks are available to buy at Mamoosh (straight downstairs) afterwards.⁠
- Free parking by the Newhaven Railway Club (Railway Approach, Newhaven BN9 0DF) - then follow signs for Mamoosh Cafe. ⁠
