Enjoy heartwarming meet and greets with the cows, yoga sessions, live music, nature trail, dancing, engaging cooking demonstrations, and select vendors. Sip on refreshing healthy drinks as you explore our new visiting center, designed to foster a compassionate community that values health and wellness.
Join us in celebrating our gentle bovine friends while raising awareness about heart health. Heart disease is the leading cause of death in New York State, often fueled by poor dietary choices, particularly the consumption of animal products, which major health organizations like the World Health Organization have linked to various health issues. As they state, “A diet high in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and nuts can reduce the risk of heart disease and other chronic diseases.”
This year, we’re excited to focus on delicious, bountiful whole foods that are vegan, low in salt, and low in oil—showing that healthy eating can be both fun and flavorful!
Our mission is to promote compassion for cows as friends, not food, while offering tasty alternatives that nurture both your heart and the planet.
