Mel, the creator and owner of SALA NEWCASTLE, a boutique meditation and sound studio in Newcastle, will lead you through this transformative experience. With over 12 years of experience as a massage and sound therapist, yoga, Pilates, and meditation teacher, Mel has helped countless individuals regain their energy and purpose through her expert guidance and online masterclasses.
