Wild Goose Qigong
Imitate the Animal “Wild Goose” and the way it moves. Benefiting the body with stretching movements and strengthening of the legs through balance and weight bearing exercises.
This workshop incorporates bio-mechanics of the body, anatomy of muscles and 5 Elements in Chinese Medicine with Acupuncture points relating to the meridians.
Wild Goose Qigong – guiding & feeling Qi through meridians
Improve Blood Circulation – specific body movement techniques
Diaphragmatic Breathing - with stability and relaxation
Understand the relationship of Acupuncture points to the body and meridians
Understand how the acupuncture points influence the body
To visualise with the mind and project the sensations within the body through the movements.
Learn the skill of moving Qi by imitating the Wild Goose
Learn & Practise with precision from specific Bio-mechanical movements along with Chinese Medicine Meridians and muscular structures.
Understand the body’s flexibility & functions to relieve pain.
Improve stability with Weight Bearing exercises
