With thanks to Nancy Stark Smith, The Underscore is a delightful experience, a group adventure in CI, a contained long-form jam, a (mostly) silent practice.

! Some experience in CI is required and experience / knowledge of the Underscore !

*Please arrive on time. There will be a short intro/review of the Underscore process and outline of the 4 hour session. The door will be locked at 11.50am to contain uninterrupted space for the practice.

*Wear loose, comfy, full length I clothing (extras if you get sweaty); cushions, percussion/musical instruments, snacks to share for the closing circle; and please remove jewellery and avoid strong scents.
