About the event

Sesshin

All students are encouraged to come and explore an introduction to sesshin (intense practice) running for 2.5 days at Saku Shin Kan dojo.
We will explore sitting meditation, walking meditation, samu, aikido, suburi, and hold the space and feeling of deep practice together.
