The active practice of staying with a moment of regulation or connection
A way to reinforce and deepen the neural pathways of safety
A method for helping the nervous system “learn” what regulation feels like
How we build resilience and increase our capacity to return to safety more easily

Your nervous system is always listening — shaping how you connect, protect, move, and rest. At times, it draws you into safety, stillness and presence. At others, it mobilises you into stress or shuts you down in self-protection.
This 4-week experiential course offers you a space to gently reshape the patterns that drain and savour the ones that restore. Through somatic practice and working through the lens of polyvagal theory (vagus nerve ) we invite the nervous system into a more balanced rhythm — one rooted in safety, curiosity, and nourishment.
You’ll learn to honour the edges of your experience and build your capacity to stay present with both tenderness and strength.

How your nervous system shapes your perception, protection, and connection
The Stretch–Stress–Savour continuum as a path to embodied healing
Ways to recognise, savour, and deepen glimmers of safety and joy
Tools to gently shift from overwhelm or collapse into steadiness
A personal reshaping toolkit you can return to again and again
Each Week Includes:
Nervous system education made simple and embodied
Somatic awareness & felt sense practices
Vagal toning tools and grounding techniques
Kundalini kriyas for regulation and vitality
Pranayama (breathwork) to soothe or awaken
Meditation, mantra & sound healing (including gong)
Space for integration, reflection, and your own pace

This course is for anyone seeking deeper nervous system support, whether you're navigating stress, trauma, burnout, or disconnection—or simply want to feel more at home in your body. No prior yoga or somatic experience is needed.
Just bring your breath, your body, and your willingness to explore. All of you is welcome here.
