Following the success of our Menopause Cafe in June, we’re delighted to be hosting another relaxed and informal lunchtime drop-in- an open space to spark honest conversations about menopause and its broader impact on our lives, relationships, and workplaces.
Whether you’re experiencing menopause yourself, supporting someone who is, or simply curious to learn more, this welcoming space is open to all ages and genders. There are no guest speakers or medical experts-just real people sharing real stories over tea, coffee, and biscuits (and you’re welcome to bring your lunch too!).
At a Menopause Cafe, you set the agenda. Conversation topics are chosen by the participants, making each event as unique as the people who attend.
Our goal is to break down the stigma, normalise the conversation, and build a supportive community-one cuppa at a time.
