The organisation aims to empower current and future generations to embrace their identities and feel accepted. Newcastle Pride fosters collaboration and inclusivity, aspiring for a safer community. Additionally, Newcastle Pride Acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land, including the Awabakal, Worimi, Wonnarua, and Darkinjung peoples, honoring their Elders and the contributions of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander LGBTIQA+ individuals.
