Contortion & Flex Workshop - All Levels

Contortion & Flexibility workshop with guest trainer Thom Worrell 🎉
Open to all levels. Guest instructor Thom will take you through a series of stretches packed with hints and tips for helping you maximise your flexibility. We will also explore some contortion based skills that utilise flex and help you have fun will developing your range of motion.
These workshops are two hours in length and jam-packed full of goodness. This workshop is suitable for people who are beginner to advanced in their flexibility and contortion training.
Cost $145 for one workshop OR do the Contortion workshop at 11.30 and save 10%
