This immersive experience is designed to help you explore the flow of movement and cultivate presence and trust in a supportive, space.
Whether you're new to CBC or experienced in dance explorations, this workshop invites you to express, release, and connect. Through a blend of flowing exercises, movement meditations, and partner work, you'll be guided to awaken your body awareness, find your unique flow, and experience connection beyond touch.
