We will begin with the ancient Egyptian ritual of Blue Lotus. The blue lotus (Nymphaea caerulea) has been revered since ancient Egypt times for its spiritual, relaxing, and heart-opening effects.
In this tea ceremony you’ll learn about the history of Blue Lotus plant medicine, while sipping in the deeply relaxing and gentle psychoactive effects of the tea that can offer feelings of euphoria.
As you relax into your mat, our gong journey begins. Surrounded in circle with a minimum of seven gongs, you will be supported to travel deep, connecting with your potent intuition and wisdom, and potentially accessing altered states. The healing vibrations of the gongs will literally change you from the inside out.
Be prepared! Come with an open heart and an intention for transformational healing.
We will end our journey with traditional Egyptian mint tea & fresh fruit in a share circle with time to journal if you’re called to do so.
