Align the Chakras: Kundalini Yoga & Sound Journey

This workshop aims to align the chakras, raise your vibration, stimulate the light force energy and clear your energetic pathways of heavy emotions and unhealthy patterns. Chakras are central energy points throughout the body and when they are out of whack, we are out of whack. If you don't know anything about chakras, you will know more after this workshop.

Yoga Nidra: Journey through the chakras. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that takes your body into a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping.
Sound journey: Continue relaxation as your body enjoys the sounds and vibrations of many instruments including the wind gong, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, vocals and drum.
Chanting meditation: Use the power of your own voice to heal the body, raise your vibration, create space in the mind for new ideas and erase old patterns.
