Born from a deadly partnership between community leaders and local organisations, this event is all about honouring the excellence, resilience, brilliance, and heart that shines through our people every day.

With over 19,000 Aboriginal people living across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie—and even more throughout Port Stephens and the Hunter—our region is rich with stories that deserve the spotlight.
