Roll up, Roll up… to the Uncanny Carnival!
We’re thrilled to launch a bold new event celebrating those who’ve been othered — a joyful, rebellious celebration of self-expression, silliness, and solidarity. It’s about showing up as your whole self, on your own terms, and honouring the fools and misfits who paved the way.

Led by local comedian and creative mischief-maker and programme committee member Seymour Mace, Uncanny Carnival will take place in Shieldfield, bringing together communities, organisations, and individuals for a FREE day of celebration. The event will feature music, a local market, performances, and games. There’s even a prize for the best-dressed attendee!
