➡️ 45-minute class designed to stretch, release tension, and complement the effects of BODYROLL.
I will be holding a Restorative Yoga session which is a gentle, meditative style of yoga where each posture is fully supported with props (like bolsters, cushions, or blankets) and held for several minutes. There’s no strain, no sweat - just deep relaxation that helps your body release tension, calm your nervous system, and restore your energy.Your body will thank you...your mind will too.
