Midsummer Sound & Movement Ritual

A very special one-off event to welcome in the giddy week of midsummer & allow ourselves time to arrive at the height of summer fully tuned into our bodies & minds and right where we choose to be. There will be movement, breath, meditation and sound bathing with our very special team of sound healers:Tracey West (gongs & bowls & movement), Mark Barfoot (handpans) & Rapasa Otieno (all manner of Kenyan instruments).

You will need to bring all that you need to feel really warm and comfortable – we will get Cobalt as warm as possible but it is a concrete floor so make sure you have cosy stuff to lie on and in.
