Any form of human rights abuses from Isra3l towards Palestinian men & boys can be seen as part of a broader pattern of demonisation of Arab Muslim males by Western governments and media, which portray them as inherently aggressive individuals prone to committing terrorist acts.
Mainstream media often reports on Palestinian victims to portray only the number of children and women killed, and by Western politicians, who condemn the killings of Palestinian children and women, neglecting to mention the atrocities committed against men.
The presence of such gendered racialised tropes is found everywhere in Western mass media and it leads to the desensitisation towards Palestinian men’s sorrow, who are only shown to people as individuals capable only of aggressive feelings (Berkeley Political Review, 2025).
We know Palestinian men & boys deserve our love, compassion and empathy.
We know they are honourable and committed to the liberation of their land.
