Bollywood Dance offers a fun saucy calorie-burning body workout.

Simple moves with great results. You will be smiling all the way through. After dancing we will provide a simple bowl of dhal & bread for all, Suitable for absolute beginners and all levels of fitness, Ravinda Cheema is a Sikh Punjabi & has been running workshops in the community for over a decade.
