Sending a warm invitation, to you and any members of your
family and friends who wish to attend, to our annual
Christmas Carol Memorial Evening.
This will take place on Monday 8th December 2025 at 6.30pm.
(We ask that you arrive no earlier, our work day finishes at 4:30pm
allowing us 2 hours to prepare for your arrival.)
We will come together at Andrew Place, Newcastle to remember
our loved ones and give comfort to each other.
On arrival at 6:30pm, there will be hot soups, crusty breads, mince pies,
mini yule logs, mulled wine, hot drinks, soft drinks
and a little treat for the children.
After, at around 7pm, we invite you to collect your pack & candle for the evening and handwrite your own message on a wooden star or heart, placing it on our memorial Christmas tree inside.
We will then gather around the Christmas tree in our
courtyard (7:15pm) to sing carols and remember our loved ones.
As is our custom, we will be collecting donations.
This year in support of the Salvation Armyβs Christmas present appeal for all ages, and donations to support The Trussell Trustβs food bank centre located at All Saints Church, Madeley.
Donations can be placed in the Chapel of Rest on arrival
(a donation box will also be available on the evening should you prefer to make a monetary donation)
We would greatly appreciate any gifts or donations if you are in a position to do so, you can be assured these will help support local people during some of their most difficult days.
Thank you for your support!
βSometimes the best help a person can find is helping someone else.β
We look forward to seeing you on Monday 8th December
for an evening of remembrance, but if not;
we wish you, your family and friends a peaceful Christmas
with beautiful memories to keep you warm.
