BOIS Y SGWAR 2025 Cycle Challenge

We’re excited to share that Bois y Sgwar will be taking on a 120-mile road cycle challenge this September (12th–14th, 2025), from Poppit to Amroth, climbing over 10,000 feet, (3,100m) along the Pembrokeshire coastline—all to raise funds for local mental health charity Get the Boys a Lift (GTBAL). Our team of 10 ‘non-elite’ cyclists has for the past six months been clocking the miles in preparation for this gruelling challenge.

Last year, our group raised £5,000 for Shalom House. This year, we’re proud to support GTBAL, a Haverfordwest-based non-profit providing free and accessible mental health support across West Wales. Learn more at https://gtbal.co.uk/pages/gettinghelp
