Self Defense Workshop

Self-Defense for Workshop – Saturday, June 21th, 9:30-11am in Newburyport! Learn the most common types of attacks people face and how to defend against them. You will leave with practical self-defense techniques you can use immediately including basic blocking, striking, situational awareness, and how to not look like a potential target. Appropriate for all adults across the lifespan regardless of fitness ability. Techniques are informed by martial arts, but this is not a karate class. Safe and fun learning experience at Ride the Wave Yoga. You will be asked to remove your shoes, please contact us if that's a problem.
