This April – September, City Arts brings you Wellbeing Wednesdays
Come along for FREE hot drinks, biscuits, chat, laughter & companionship.
There will be artist-led art sessions (lead by either Sabrina Talana Carruth, Sarah Moorcroft or Isabel Carmona) to get your creative juices flowing. No previous experience needed.
Plus, once a month, everyone is welcome to join in our NEW Reminiscing sessions with the lovely Jane Fletcher.
Jane uses a variety of techniques and tools to encourage reminiscing conversations – including vintage objects, images, music and words. Tell us what springs to mind when you see objects or hear phrases and music from the past. Revel in shared memories and laugh at times gone by. Jane has seen firsthand the power in giving elderly people, who often feel forgotten, a voice and platform to share,
